The Jaguar XKR 75 features revised suspension and handling for increased precision and agility in addition to the performance enhancements. To ensure the XKR 75 remains stable at high speeds, a revised aerodynamic body pack with a front splitter, side sills extensions, a rear diffuser and larger rear spoiler provide increased balance and a reduction in lift.The XKR’s computerised Active Differential Control also adjusts to reduce steering sensitivity at very high speeds, further improving stability and driver control.

And with an improved acoustics package for the semi-active sports exhaust, the XKR 75 produces a pulse-racing growl to match its performance. The car's driver-focussed character, however, has not been achieved at the expense of the Jaguar traditional values of refinement and comfort.

"We conceived the XR 75 as a sports car with a duality of character that makes it perfectly suited to driving across Europe to the Nurburgring, completing some very fast laps, and then driving home again, added Mike Cross, Chief Engineer Vehicle Integrity.

The XKR 75 features a new Stratus Grey finish. Red brake callipers contrast the eye-catching 20-inch gloss Vortex forged lightweight alloys with a dark technical finish and diamond turn. Customers will have the option to apply a unique body graphic that runs from the front bumper to the rear haunches. The XKR 75’s interior completes the driver-focussed performance environment finished in Charcoal with ivory stitch, piano black finish to facia and centre console and a Jet suedecloth headlining.
The unique features of the exclusive new XKR 75 include:

-Increased performance through detailed engine and transmission recalibration

-Power increased to 530PS (compared to 510 PS on XKR)
Torque increased to 655Nm (compared to 625Nm on XKR)
Upgraded torque converter to handle the increased torque
-Upgraded suspension systems for increased precision and agility

-Increased spring and damper rates (front springs 28 per cent stiffer, rear springs 32 per cent stiffer)
-New fully-machined aluminium front and revised rear suspension upright for increased camber stiffness (increased by 25 per cent)
-Re-tuned Adaptive Dynamics damper control software
-Reduced ride height (15mm front and 10mm rear)
-Aerodynamic body pack with body coloured finish to front splitter, side sills extensions and rear diffuser, and body coloured larger rear spoiler and rear trunk lid finisher
-Sports exhaust with improved performance and acoustics – system has new crossover pipe and larger exhaust outlets

-New Stratus Grey exterior paint with optional graphics pack

2011 XJ Saloon is a perfect choice especially for owners, who demand exceptional luxury at reasonable cost of ownership. XJ Long Wheelbase comes with illuminated rear vanity mirrors, four zone automatic climate control, rear privacy glass, a rear electric window sunblind and manual rear side window sunblinds. Rear business trays become standard on Portfolio and Supersport models.
The Jaguar XJ is powered by 3.0 Litre V6 Diesel , which offers class leading fuel consumption of 39.2mpg, and emissions of only 189g/km CO2.

The new Chauffeur Programme is available to Jaguar XJ and XF customers. It offers licenced a range of unique benefits to maximise the productivity and cost-effectiveness of their vehicle. The support package includes:

-A like-for-like replacement vehicle – minimise downtime with a like-for-like replacement vehicle in the event of a mechanical breakdown during the vehicle warranty period. Vehicles will also be PCO licenced for London based chauffeurs

-Jaguar Chauffeur Insurance – tailored hire and reward insurance available through Jaguar Cars Finance with a £500 insurance contribution for the first year of the policy – peace of mind and a significant saving for chauffeur businesses

-Jaguar accident management – part of Jaguar Chauffeur Insurance, a comprehensive service for fault and non-fault accidents, including arranging repairs at a Jaguar approved repairer and the provision of a like-for-like replacement vehicle which will also be PCO licenced for London based chauffeurs

The XKR175 is powered by a supercharged V8 with 510hp and 461 lb-ft of torque and top speeds raised to an electronically-limited 174mph. To ensure that the XKR175 remains stable at high speeds, a revised aerodynamic package incorporates a new front air dam, new side sills, a new rear diffuser and a larger rear spoiler providing increased balance and a reduction in lift. New 20-inch Kasuga 10-spoke alloy wheels, red brake calipers and Ultimate Black exterior paint adorn the car's exterior.

Inside, door sill tread plates reading "XKR175 - 1 of 175" greet the driver and passenger while the leather is finished in Warm Charcoal with Cranberry stitching, all accompanied by Piano Black wood veneer.

Production of the XKR175 is limited to 175 vehicles at an MSRP of $104,500 (including destination charge). There will be 15 Jaguar XKR175 models for the Canadian market as well.

The new XJ Sentinel offers the ultimate in discreet protection, being virtually indistinguishable from the standard XJ model, yet featuring a state-of-the-art armoring package which provides occupants with up to B7 levels of ballistic protection.

Comprehensive Armouring System
The XJ Sentinel is equipped with a purpose-built armouring system which has been specially developed to ensure that the vehicle offers outstanding occupant protection, while being almost impossible to detect from outside the car. Constructed from specialised high strength steels with Kevlar backing, the armoured inner cell was engineered in partnership with Centigon, a leading global specialist in vehicle armouring. The XJ Sentinel offers ballistic protection up to B7 level (BS EN 1522 level FB7 and BS EN 1063 BR7-), blast protection against 15kg TNT equivalent detonated within close proximity of the vehicle, and substantial under floor grenade protection.
Engineered Without Compromise
This powerful and sophisticated powertrain ensures that the XJ Sentinel is capable of swift and agile performance, accelerating from 0-100 km/h in 9.7 seconds and achieving a top speed of 195km/h. The Sentinel’s chassis, which features the advanced Adaptive Dynamics system with continuously variable dampers, has been comprehensively uprated to cope with its increased body weight. Jaguar’s dynamics specialists have tuned the suspension and steering to ensure that the armoured model offers the same qualities of poise and agility found in the standard XJ.
Impressive stopping power is provided by a new high performance braking system which has been sourced from the formidable 510PS Supercharged non-armoured XJ model, while active safety is further improved by the XJ’s full array of advanced traction and stability systems. To enhance passive safety, the Sentinel retains full functionality of the standard XJ restraint system, including dual-stage driver and front passenger airbags, side thorax airbags and side curtain airbags.
Total Luxury and Real-World Usability
The design of the armoured inner cell has been optimised to maintain the extremely spacious interior package of the long wheelbase XJ, which provides rear seat passengers with a full metre of legroom. With its elegant and contemporary style, the cabin surrounds occupants with beautifully-crafted leather and veneer surfaces, creating a supremely relaxing, comfortable and luxurious environment. A generous 500kg payload – maximised by the XJ’s lightweight aluminium body structure – means that the Sentinel is comfortably able to accommodate four occupants along with their luggage and additional security equipment.

The production model XKR 75 that was already equipped with 530 hp, is further increased by the Arden modification to 580 hp, with a maximum torque of 720 Nm.

The company Arden draws from its 30 years of experience in the racing and automotive manufacturing sector. Included in the content of the modified Arden XKR-75 is the alignment and matching of the engine management, a high-performance sport exhaust system with sport catalysts and a matching silencer for a full bodied V8 sound. The maximum speed limiter is increased from 280 km/h to 305 km/h and includes a speedometer expansion kit.

With the Arden modification the XKR 75 accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.3 seconds, as opposed to the factory models acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.6 seconds.

As an option and In addition to the performance increase, Arden Automobilbau offers a lower suspension by using firmer springs and multi-part Arden Sportline wheels in the size 10x21”, which optimize the handling.
